Hollywood Stars Talk about ’80 for Brady’ Movie

The new, upcoming movie 80 for Brady is based on a group of friends who bonded over their love of Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. The new film features a who’s who of leading Hollywood actresses.

Sally Field, Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Rita Moreno all star in the new movie. They all recently sat down to talk about their film and friendship. Around the 3:30-minute mark in the clip, the reporter sits down to talk with the four legendary actresses about their new film.

While Sally admits that being with Rita, Lily and Jane while filming the movie was fun, making the movie was hard work.

“But in reality, it was hard work. I mean we, there was a lot of hard work.” Sally said.

Jane mentioned that despite being a seasoned veteran in the film industry, making a movie has never been something she has been able to phone in.

“I don’t know about all of you but it never, to me, feels like, ‘oh, oh this is easy. You know, we could just show up,” Jane said. “It is never ever, ever easy. And not once in my whole life has it felt like that.”

During the interview, the actresses also discussed the thing that bonds all the women in the film together: friendship.

However, much like everything else worth having in life, friendship takes work, even for big-name Hollywood actresses.

“What you have to do is, you have to be intentional,” Jane said. Like, I never used to be intentional. I would meet Sally Field, for example, but not pursue but I did pursue you.”

During the interview, Rita made a surprising personal revelation about her past and her number of friendships.

“I don’t have many friends. I don’t have many friends and I don’t have many friends in show business either, don’t trust them,” Rita said. I’ve been betrayed so many times by them and by my stupid insistence on believing in people who were really not very nice to me.”

Following Rita’s statement, all three of the other women spoke up, vowing to help ease that pain in Rita’s life.

“I’m really sorry, Rita,” Lily said.

“We’re gonna try to do something about that,” Jane said.

“We’re gonna make up for that,” Sally said.

Jane added: “We’re gonna prove to you that there are three women here that you can trust.”

Sally mentioned that, at times, Hollywood seems to neglect older women audiences when it comes to producing films.

“Finding stories about older women, older women are really interesting,” she said. “And they’re a huge audience for, say, things you hadn’t thought of, sports.”

Children Help Make Playground More Inclusive for Fellow Students

We can all do something to make the world a better place. We are all capable of helping someone in need to make their life a little better. A group of elementary students in the Midwest understood this and went to work to make a difference.

There is little else elementary-aged children enjoy more than recess. However, despite this fact, some kids are just physically unable to participate and have fun with their fellow classmates on the jungle gym or on the merry-go-round. One fifth-grade class at Glen Lake Elementary School in Hopkins, Minnesota sought to change that, according to CBS News.

Many students with physical disabilities attend Glen Lake Elementary and are not able to take a turn on the swings or other playground equipment. So, a fifth-grade class set a goal of raising $300,000 for playground-accessible equipment.

One child explained to CBS what motivated him to help his fellow classmates.

“They didn’t look happy, and recess is about having fun,” the child said

The ambitious and loving children did many things to help raise the money. They held a bake sale, brought in their spare change, went door-to-door and even cold-called businesses to solicit support, according to CBS News.

This process went on for several months. But in early January, all their hard work and determination finally paid off. They reached their goal!

Betsy Julien, the teacher of the class that raised the money, said through tears, the future is in good hands.

“My future, as an adult, is bright knowing this generation of students, of changemakers, sees something that needs fixing and they go for it headfirst,” she said.

Even though they hit their goal of $300,000, those students are not stopping. They are now working to raise the funds for other schools in their district to buy similar equipment.

Beautiful Duet of ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ from Two Child Musicians

People have different talents, skills and abilities. Some excel at public speaking and performing. Others are good with their hands and can build anything. Some people can cook extraordinary dishes. Other people have different areas where they shine.

God’s Word makes this diversification of skills very clear. Romans 12:6 reads “Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith.”

One recently posted YouTube clip shows two young people who have an obvious knack for music and performing. The very talented duo played a beautiful rendition of Frank Sinatra’s classic “Fly Me to Moon.”

“Fly me to the moon
Now let me play up there with those stars
Let me see what spring is like on Jupiter and Mars”

Daria and Ethan display their massive musical abilities on the British television program “Little Big Shots UK.” Ethan tickles the ivories on the piano while Daria plucks on the harp and handles the singing responsibilities.

The two musicians perform at a level that is far beyond their young age. The crowd in the clip was understandably also impressed. They applaud and cheer wildly after their performance.

To make their already impressive performance even more jaw-dropping, a woman who introduces the duo provides more information about Daria and Ethan’s performance.

“Sometimes two little big shots meet, and a wonderful collaboration is born,” she says. “It doesn’t always work. The pairing of the trampolinist with the goldfish juggler was very messy but when it does work the results can be incredible. I think that this is going to be the latter. You’ve met them individually but now performing for the first time together on harp and piano: Daria and Ethan.”

She was most definitely correct! Daria and Ethan were astounding!

Lady Gaga Surprises 12-Year-Old Special Needs fan by Bringing Him on Stage

As the saying goes, you should never meet your heroes. Why? After building up these people in your head, you're likely to be severely let down and underwhelmed by the experience. However, there are always plenty of exceptions to the rule.

During a Lady Gaga concert in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a 12-year-old boy with special needs was treated to an experience of a lifetime.

A clip posted to YouTube begins with the singer standing at the end of the stage as she asks, ”Owen, do you want to come on stage for real?”

Two security guards and Lady Gaga then work together as they bring the mega fan up on the stage. The “Poker Face” singer gives young Owen an embrace and carefully helps place him on the piano bench, the clip shows

Lady Gaga then confesses to the crowd that “Owen is very special to me. He’s family around here and we love him so much and we’re so happy you’re at this show.”

The singer and actress performs her massive hit, “Million Reasons.” After she sings a couple of lines and while still playing the piano, Lady Gaga informs the child, “You know Owen, everybody in this room loves you.”

Then, around the 3-minute mark, Lady Gaga grabs young Owen and sits him on her lap. Near the 4:45-minute mark, the singer shifts Owen around again. She puts him on the bench and places her hat on his head. The entertainer then climbs up onto the piano.

While standing on the piano, Lady Gaga tells the crowd: “Owen has a rare form of Autism. I need you to put your hands together right now!”

The clip shows that Gaga assists in returning Owen to his original spot in the crowd. But the one-in-a-lifetime performance is not done yet!

While standing on the piano Lady Gaga tells the crowd that we all have a responsibility to protect and help those who suffer from disabilities.

“Mental illness and invisible illness is something we cannot shy away from. We have to be very protective of one another and pay attention,“ Lady Gaga says

The clip concludes with the singer telling the crowd goodnight as she descends into the floor atop the piano.

Owen is considered nonverbal, according to his mother. He has been a fan of Lady Gaga for years. His mother claims Owen's favorite songs are “Just Dance,” “Born This Way” and “Paparazzi.”

He Carried A Secret for 50 Years and His Heroic Efforts Saved 669 Children

He carried a secret for 50 years, and now he’s considered an angel on earth. In the wake of World War II, Nicholas Winton knew he needed to help the Jews who were being persecuted by the Nazis.

Born to German-Jewish parents, Nicholas was grateful his parents moved his family to London. There, he and his family embraced a fresh start. They changed their name from Wertheim to Winton.

Later, he became a stockbroker and began to get involved in humanitarian efforts to help those who were persecuted. He knew he couldn’t look the other way when thousands of men, women, and children were being murdered simply because they were Jewish.

When rumors began about an invasion of Czechoslovakia, he secretly made a plan to help as many people as he could.

On the eve of the invasion, Nicholas rescued 669 children. He took it one step further and recorded the names of every child rescued in a journal. Each child included photos and details of their parents and the families who took these children in. Once the mission was over, Nicholas packed up the journal, hid it away, and told no one.

Fifty years later, his wife Grete found the journal in their attic. Astonished, Grete gave the journal to a journalist. Because of his heroic efforts, he was invited to attend what he thought was a live TV show. He sat in the front row with his wife and thought he would enjoy a performance. But what happens next will leave you in tears.

Collectively the audience stood up and began applauding Nicholas. He had no idea each individual in the audience was a child he had rescued! They came to thank him for saving their lives. The moment took him by surprise and left him in tears. Nicholas was truly an angel on earth.

At the age of 106, he passed away from this side of Heaven into the arms of Jesus. I have no doubt he was welcomed with open arms, and the Lord told him, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.”

Lisa Marie Presley Duet with Elvis ‘I Love You Because’

Death, unfortunately, is a real and difficult part of our lives. No matter the age of the individual who passed or the circumstances surrounding the death, it will always result in grieving, heartache and pain for friends and family.

The family and friends of Lisa Marie Presley are mourning after her passing. Lisa Marie’s death comes more than 40 years after that of her famous father, Elvis Presley.

Elvis, decades after his death, remains one of the most influential and recognizable figures in music and all of entertainment. Elvis, during his career, produced some of the biggest chart-topping hits, including “Jailhouse Rock,” “Hound Dog” and “Suspicious Minds.”

Thanks to the power of technology, Elvis was joined by his daughter, Lisa Marie for a duet on “I Love You Because.”

Unlike those previously mentioned Elvis tunes, “I Love You Because” is a very, very slow tempo song. The lyrics are of someone expressing their love and admiration for another individual. The verses go through the reasons why they love this person. Essentially, the lyrics paint a picture of perfect and unfailing love.

“No matter what the world may say about me
I know your love will always seem through
I love you for the way you never doubt me”

Elvis sings the entire first verse by himself. Halfway through the second verse, his daughter joins in and then helps her dad sing the rest of the way.

The video for the song goes into the Presley family archive for its footage. We see baby Lisa Marie with her mother, Priscilla, and dad. The trio is spotted enjoying life together in various situations, including outdoors and even during a visit to Santa Claus.

The touching song and video end with a still image of Elvis holding his only child in his arms as he kisses the top of her head.

100-Year-Old Doctor is Longest Serving Physician, And a Viral TikTok Sensation

Everyone has value. Every human life has worth, no matter the stage of life. Psalm 139:14 reads, “I will praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are your works; and that my soul knows right well.”

A man recently named the oldest practicing doctor in the world knows his life still has value. Dr. Howard Tucker, a neurologist, is 100 years old and is still practicing medicine. The doctor told Good Morning America that he has been practicing medicine for more than 75 years.

In addition to being a still-practicing doctor at his age, Howard’s advice and funny antics have earned him quite the following on social media. He has more than 78 thousand followers on TikTok!

In one of the videos, Howard performs the dance made famous by Wednesday Addams in the Netflix series “Wednesday.” Another one shows him on the sidelines during a Browns game with the team’s mascot.

In an absolutely hilarious clip, Howard, who is behind the wheel of the car, implores someone to quickly get in the car because he “needs new bowties.” The car peels out of the driveway, and we next see Howard meticulously going through ties.

Howard is so committed to medicine and helping those in need of medical assistance that a family friend told Good Morning America that he was “sneaking out of the house to save lives in the hospital during the pandemic.”

Despite his age, Howard does not plan to slow down or retire.

“To me, retirement is the enemy of longevity,” he said

Being 100, does Howard have any advice for living a long and happy life? Yes!

“People think there’s a magic formula, I would tell people enjoy each day as if you were to die tomorrow. And I think that’s just such a beautiful philosophy,” Howard said

Isaiah 46:4 “Even when you are old I will be the same, and when you are grey-haired I will take care of you: I will still be responsible for what I made, yes, I will take you and keep you safe.”

Young Cancer Survivor Gives Back to Others

Nine-year-old Rose Evenson, a young cancer survivor gives back to others in a special way. Rose was diagnosed with cancer as a toddler. Throughout her years of treatment, all of her hair fell out. Even though she doesn’t remember, she told her mom she wanted to grow her hair out.  Rose felt compassion at a young age for those who were going through the trauma of fighting cancer.

Now that Rose has been in remission for five years, her dream of helping others is coming true. After growing her hair down to her waist, she was thrilled to schedule an appointment at a salon. There, her mom and sisters watched with tear-filled eyes as Rose cut off over 14 inches of her. When Rose was asked why this was important to her she said, “I have more than enough hair so I can give it to somebody who doesn’t have hair.”

This moment marked a victorious point in Rose’s journey. As her mom, Angie held a lock of Rose’s hair, she declared, “Her hair after it grew back has been a reminder of God’s goodness to us during this whole journey and that we’ve come this far.”

Can you imagine watching your children’s hair grow back and thanking the Lord each day for his promises to comfort, guide, and be present in our troubles? It reminds me of how God loves his children, and how the Bible reminds us how God knows the exact number of hair on our heads. The average human has about 110,000 hairs. There are over seven billion people on this planet and yet, God knows each and every one of us–including the very number of hairs on our heads. What an incredible thought that he cares and loves us so much!

They collected eight full locks to give to an organization that makes wigs for cancer patients. Rose included a handwritten letter to go with her locks of hair. She wrote, “I am nine right now, almost 10. I hope you have enjoyed the wig I’ve given you.”

It is incredible to have children remind us of what’s important like empathy, compassion, and giving back.

And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows,” Luke 12:7.

‘Dancing Queen’ The Voice Contestants

At one time, ABBA was one of the biggest musical groups in the world. Their music is still readily recognizable. One of the group’s most popular tunes even spawned a recent Broadway musical, Mamma Mia! Hollywood even produced two Mamma Mia! films.

The Swedish group still has adoring fans. People across the world love the music of ABBA. Most recently, a popular television program in one European country had people dancing and singing along to one of ABBA’s massive hits: “Dancing Queen.”

The Swedish group’s chart-topping tune is about someone heading out on a Friday, just looking to hit the dance floor.

“Friday night and the lights are low
Looking out for a place to go
Where they play the right music”

On The Voice Portugal, former contestants hit the stage, singing “Dancing Queen” while a few dancers performed behind them. The clip posted on YouTube shows the seven performers singing the disco-era song as part of the program’s sixth Live Show.

The screen behind the singers and the dancers perfectly captures the disco era in which the song was released. A plethora of bright lights and odd shapes decorate the screen behind them throughout their performance.

Each former contest of The Voice in Portugal is rightly given their time to shine during the performance.

While the singers do an excellent job throughout their performance, it’s during the chorus that they all shine the brightest. All their voices blend beautifully as they come together and really knock it out of the park!

The studio audience and even the show’s judges appear to be really loving their performance!

Additionally, in keeping with the bright stage and the happy, upbeat tone of the song, the singers are decked out in loud and bright clothes that sparkle whenever the light catches them.

Check out their lovely performance

Man Pours Oil Into Container and Watches Glass Mysteriously Disappear

For every magician’s seemingly impossible trick, there is an explanation. The answer to the illusion probably involves some form of deception or sleight of hand. Things don’t just disappear before our very eyes, right?

One short YouTube video shows a glass container disappearing right in front of us. The 30-second video begins with the camera focusing on the two glasses. In a rather large glass container sits a much smaller glass cup.

Only seconds into the video, someone starts pouring a very thick, clear oily substance into the smaller jar. The person continues pouring the substance, which the video states is vegetable oil, into the small container until it fills up, causing the excess to spill out and begin to fill the much larger container.

However, around the 10-second mark in the video, a very odd thing starts to happen. As it overflows out of the smaller container and now spills out into the bigger container, the vegetable oil begins to rise, and the smaller container seemingly disappears.

The vegetable oil is continually poured into the large container until the smaller container is entirely invisible. Amazing!

But if you thought it was just some fancy camera trick or some slick editing or something similar, think again!

At the 28-second mark, two fingers appear on the screen, reach down into the cup and pull out the smaller container even though it is no longer visible. The smaller glass container is still there!

How does this work?

The glass disappears as a result of the rate at which the light passes through the vegetable oil and the containers, according to the description accompanying the video.  As the video’s description points out, the vegetable oil helps to slow down the light moving through the glass containers, which causes the glass container to “disappear.”

Colossians 2:8 “Take care that no one takes you away by force, through man’s wisdom and deceit, going after the beliefs of men and the theories of the world, and not after Christ.”

“The River” Audition on The Voice by Kiqué

The show has ended and the votes have been tallied, but viewers will remember a “The River” audition on The Voice performed by Kiqué for some time!

When Kiqué Gomez began his time on The Voice he was 18 years old; he has since turned 19. His age made him one of the youngest contestants on Season 22, but his voice sounds very mature. Listen as he sings Leon Bridges’ 2015 soulful song about faith and being born again. Those themes are also of a more mature and thoughtful nature.

The third verse goes as follows:

Dip me in your smooth water
As I go in
As a man with many crimes, come up for air
As my sins flow down the Jordan

As you listen to the warm, rich tones that Kiqué delivers, notice that the stage looks completely different for this performance. That’s because the Miami singer had to do this and one another performance outside of The Voice studio. This performance was pre-recorded, and Kiqué video-conferenced into his final live shows from isolation. He had tested positive for COVID-19!

In spite of that challenge, his performance doesn’t appear to have been impacted negatively at all, and, although this was his last, Gwen had high praise for the member of her team. Fans of the show may recall that she fought husband, Blake Shelton, to have Kiqué on her team when both she and Blake turned their chairs around during blind auditions. Kiqué performed “Beautiful Girls” by Sean Kingston during that initial performance.

Of Kiqué, Coach Gwen said, "It's very rare to come across an Artist that is so young, that is honestly so unique in his style of singing. It's one thing to just have a technically good voice, but he is so recognizable. You can just understand his whole personality through his unique voice." The video provides a very quick shot of the judges at the end of the performance, and Gwen is definitely moved by Kiqué’s talents!

Kiqué did not win the competition, but he made the top ten. Hopefully, this gifted young man with maturity in voice will go far in his musical endeavors. Beautiful voices and uplifting lyrics—we can always use more of that!

“Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River.”  Matthew 3:6

Good Samaritan Comes to Rescue During Snowstorm

Good, loving people still exist in the world. Despite what a quick glance at television news broadcasts and a perusal of popular social media sites may reveal, there are still people who genuinely care for their fellow man. A CBS Mornings reporter caught up with one of those people.

In late December, Buffalo, New York was hit by a blizzard. One woman took quick, decisive action during the snowstorm that helped to save one man's life.

That woman, Sha’Kyra Aughtry, and her boyfriend were settling in to celebrate Christmas but on Christmas Eve, things changed, according to NewYorkUpstate.com

Sha’Kyra heard someone yelling for help. She looked out her window and saw a man unable to move in the snow, 4° temperature and the 50 mph winds. So, she took Joe White, a 64-year-old man with developmental disabilities, into her home, according to CBS

White was on his way to work at a local movie theater. He has worked as a custodian there for 40 years. White had no gloves as he ventured out on his dangerous trek to work. Instead, he had plastic bags around his hands.

“He had ice, literally ice balls around his hand,” Sha’Kyra said

Sha’Kyra bandaged his hands and then called 911 and other emergency services over and over to get Joe some medical attention.

No one ever showed up.

Then, on Christmas, Sha’Kyra turned to social media, pleading for someone to help Joe get proper medical attention. Two other people showed up at Sha’Kyra’s house in their truck and helped take Joe to the hospital.

“When I got in the truck, he told me he was scared,” Sha’Kyra said

“And I said, I’m scared, I’m scared too. I’m scared too, Joey and I said, ‘You know, we got help. The doctors are gonna take care of you.’ And then when he told me he loved me, I knew, I knew he really felt safe.”

Joe’s sister praised Sha’Kyra for her kindness and saving her brother’s life.

For Sha’Kyra, this past Christmas is one that she will never forget.

“I knew he needed help, and I kept thinking about, what if it was my family member?” Sha’Kyra said. “Christmas wasn’t even about the gifts, about my kids, it wasn’t. It was, literally, him. Christmas was him. He was a very good Christmas gift and now for the rest of my life, I will remember him.”

Isaiah 25:4 “For you have been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.”

The Voice Audition 'All by Myself' by Kim Cruse

Kim Cruse was on the 8th season of The Voice, and her coach was John Legend. He turned around within the first 15 seconds of her starting her first song.

She proceeded to make it all the way into the top 8, where she sang ‘All by Myself’ as a last-chance performance. Although she didn’t continue in the contest that night, she said she couldn’t have been happier with her time on the show. She posted on Instagram, “Prayerfully, my goal of inspiring little girls and women like me has been met. I can’t wait to see what God does next"

Kim was born in Texas and started singing at the age of 3. Her father is a Baptist pastor, so she grew up singing in church. She entered local talent shows and contests where she often won.

She was in choir throughout high school and won a scholarship for her singing. She won an online singing competition called the Race to the Blue and appeared on the Terrell Show. She also became a worship leader at her dad’s church.

In this video, Kim is in a lovely sparkly fitted dress with the sleeves running all the way down her arms to her fingers. Upon hearing the first notes of the song, people know what song it is.

‘All By Myself’ was a hit back in 1975 when Eric Carmen wrote and recorded it, and has been covered by many other well-known artists such as Celine Dion and Hank Williams Jr.

Kim’s cover of the song will give listeners goosebumps! She is only 5’4”, but she has a powerhouse of a voice. She has great control and makes the song her own.  She hits some impressive notes, which the crowd obviously enjoys.

Kim stated on the show that she struggles with some insecurities, but her powerful voice and stage presence project nothing by confidence and personality. Even her coach, John Legend, is brought to his feet by her stunning performance.

Take a listen and be in awe of such a wonderful and awe-inspiring performance. We haven’t seen the last of Kim Cruse.

Elderly Woman Comes to Rescue When Delivery Man Collapses at Her Door

What does it take to help someone who is in obvious need? Not much, a concern for our fellow man and a willingness to act. That’s exactly what one woman did when she spotted someone in distress.

An elderly woman quickly came to the aid of an Amazon delivery man who appeared to be suffering from heat exhaustion, as the clip posted to TikTok shows

The nearly 3-and-a-half-minute video begins with the delivery driver standing behind a stack of packages as he uses a blue trash can to steady himself. The video also informs viewers that the temperature is “well above 110°.”

The man is in obvious pain!

He slowly doubles over, wipes sweat off his brow and sits on the ground. Seconds later, an unexpected good Samaritan arrives. She emerges from the left side of the screen.

The elderly woman, using a cane to walk, places a hand on his shoulder, checking on him. As she motions for the man to remain sitting on the ground, she disappears from the screen.

During the woman’s absence, the man appears to be getting worse. He leans back and lies on the ground. Thankfully, the woman reappears holding a glass of water, which she hands to the struggling man.

Once again, she leaves the man and steps out of the frame. However, she returns, but this time, she has a plate of watermelon and a cold, wet towel. The man munches down on the watermelon as the elderly woman administers the towel to the back of the man’s head and neck.

Before the video ends, both people exit the screen, appearing to have gone into her house. The man emerges “15 minutes later” in a much better condition and goes on his way.

We can’t be sure when we’ll be in need of a helping hand. Hopefully, though, when that time arrives, God places someone like the elderly woman in our path!

Liquor Store Worker Gives Homeless Man Her Shoes, Gets Surprising Reward Back

Showing kindness to another person does not require a ton of money or a special position. Instead, the only things necessary are a caring heart and a willingness to help. That is exactly what one woman in Minnesota has who helped someone going through hard times.

As anyone living or who has lived in the Midwest knows, winters can be harsh. Winters in the Midwest normally consist of snow, ice, blustery winds and, at times, even below-zero temperatures. With that knowledge and a loving heart, a liquor store worker, Ta Leia Thomas, who goes by Ace, literally gave the shoes off her feet to a homeless man.

In early December, the store’s camera captured a homeless man who walked into the store looking for cardboard boxes to help protect his feet from the Minnesota cold. Instead of letting the man deal with the cold conditions without shoes, Ta Leia took her shoes off and handed them to the man, according to the store's Facebook page.

However, those were not just any shoes that Ta Leia handed over without giving them a second thought. They were “her favorite pair of purple Nike Air Jordans,” the post states.

“I didn’t care about the shoes. I cared about him. So, you know, he didn’t know me. I didn’t know him. I just thought it was best to give him, give him something he may need,” Ta Leia told Kare 11 News.

But that is not where this terrific story ends!

Soon after learning about Ta Leia’s selfless act, the designer of the shoes sent her a brand-new pair of purple custom 7s, the exact shoes she gave to the homeless man.

“Ace I want to thank you again for being awesome. We hear so much bad in this world these days that and you are a great reminder that there’s still so much out there,” the shoe’s designer posted on Instagram.

But that wasn’t all!

The Minnesota Vikings, Ta Leia’s favorite team, also heard about her kind act.

The team provided her with tickets to a game and with cleats autographed and worn by the team’s star wide receiver Justin Jefferson, Kare 11 reported

“I didn't think it was gonna get as big as it is, but I just want to show the world that there are still good-hearted, kind-hearted people out in the world,” she told the station.

Luke 14:12 “And he said to the master of the house, ‘When you give a feast, do not send for your friends and your brothers and your family or your neighbors who have wealth, for they may give you a feast for you, and so you will get a reward.”’

100-Year-Old Veteran Surprised with Trip to Disneyland

Often social media brings out the worst in people. Hate and unbridled contempt are commonly hurled at one another online and litter places like Facebook and Twitter. But sometimes, these communication sites are used to show good, touching stories that will bring a tear to your eye.

Isaiah Garza, a TikTok user with 8 million followers, used his channel for good, to impact the life of another. Garza, as the video shows, treated an elderly man, who is also a veteran, to a day at Disneyland.

The video begins with Garza walking up to the unsuspecting man, who uses a walker to move down the sidewalk, and asking if he wants to accompany him to the most magical place on earth.

“I’m sorry to bother you. I’ve had a really, really rough day. I just wanted to see if you’d be willing to go to Disneyland with me today,” Garza asks in the video.

The elderly man is clearly taken aback by the offer.

“You really would take me? My gosh, I can’t believe this,” the man responds.

The video then quickly cuts to the man enjoying the iconic teacup ride. The text on the video reads that the man “hasn’t been on a ride in over 50 years.”

We then see the elderly veteran wearing a pair of Mickey Mouse ears that Garza purchased for him. Next, Isaiah and his new friend enjoy a ride on “It’s a Small World.”
